Tell Gov. Corbett: Veto the GOP Election Rigging Scheme

Pennsylvania Republicans just launched a new scheme to redistribute electoral votes by congressional district, casting aside the traditional winner-take-all system. If Republican Governor Tom Corbett signs this bill into law, it would be one of the most brazen partisan vote-rigging attempts in modern history.
